MADE's female creative team have designed the 'ultimate Instagram home' in a London apartment.
Designed in collaboration with The Flowerhouse Pub co-founder Jo Jackson, the apartment is conveniently situated above The Flowerhouse Pub in Marylebone. If you haven't heard about this one-of-a-kind establishment, it's a female-led public house with a mission to empower women in hospitality and support women from all backgrounds and ages in getting a step up on the hospitality ladder.
The brand new concept apartment echoes the mission of the pub and, to fuel more creativity amongst women, emerging female talent will be invited to utilise the space for their own photoshoots, podcasts, events and social media content creation.
It comes as recent research reveals that a staggering 78 per cent of the UK's design workforce is male – and only 22 per cent female. With the design workforce still lacking female leadership globally, it's never been more important to shine a light on the growing percentage achieving their creative goals.
The MADE x Flowerhouse Pub apartment is perfect for colour lovers thanks to vibrant, enveloping walls, from rose pink and cobalt blue to sunshine yellow and kale green. Curved furniture, organic shapes and statement accessories complete the look for an Instagrammable display.
